Chill Therapy

Chill Therapy offers one-on-one counselling and psychotherapy services. At the heart of Chill Therapy sessions lies an in-depth exploration of the client’s concerns, moving beyond surface-level symptoms to uncover the underlying roots.

This could involve helping clients discover their unconscious worldview, attachment styles, and interpersonal patterns. Through a holistic and trauma-informed approach, Chill Therapy empower clients towards self-discovery and personal growth. 

Each Chill Therapy session is tailored to the unique needs of our clients by drawing from a diverse set of tools and techniques. These primarily include Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotional-Focused Techniques (EFT), Gestalt, and Somatic Therapy.

Your initial session is a valuable opportunity to openly discuss your concerns and goals. This collaborative process is designed to establish rapport and determine the most effective approach tailored to your unique situation.

We recommend scheduling a 1-hour and 30-minute session to ensure ample time to go deeper into your needs, and cover significant ground. This extended timeframe allows for a more comprehensive exploration and sets the foundation for a productive counselling/psychotherapy journey. Typically, sessions last between 1 to 2 hours. Session frequency will be based on your needs and objectives.

Yes, we offer secure online counselling services for clients who prefer remote sessions as this ensures flexibility and accessibility.

We place heavy emphasis on the client’s well-being. It will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If it is beneficial for the client at any stage of their journey, we will allow attendance of other Chill By Nette’s events or initiatives. 

Chill Pill

A “Chill Pill” is a digestible wellness workshop offered by Chill By Nette, designed to equip you with skills to improve your relationship with yourself and others through affirmations, boundaries and self-compassion to manifest your ultimate potential and transform your life. 

These CBN in-house sessions are specially curated to offer a diverse range of formats and topics, tailored to meet your holistic wellness needs. Our cabinet of Chill Pills currently include Vitamin A, Vitamin B & Vitamin C, each addressing a specific aspect of your well-being.

Each Chill Pill will only be launched a few times a year. For corporate request do kindly reach out to us at our contact page.

Launched and conducted throughout the year, each season introduces different vitamins, ensuring a variety of options to support your overall mental health all year round.

Our easily digestible Chill Pills aim to de-stress and enhance your overall well-being. With informative and engaging content, these workshops utilize hands-on activities and group psychoeducation in a safe space, providing you with life-long wellness toolkits.
