Chill By Nette stands for “Chill by Jeannette”.

“Chill’ encapsulates the essence of relaxation, enjoyment, and the art of slowing down, all of which are fundamental components of well-being. It is also a symbol of the importance of taking the time to reconnect with ourselves, to heed our inner wisdom and self, as a means to begin again.

The birth of Chill By Nette in May 2021 marks a significant milestone in my own recovery journey and it is also created to provide and share wellness resources in a fun, accessible and relatable manner. Initially, this platform primarily served as an outlet for me to document and share my recovery journey. However, it has now evolved into a wellness space where individuals facing similar challenges can connect and find the 6 C’s:
