“Bloom into Your Full Self “ invites you on a transformative 2 -hour journey of healing and self-discovery, within a cosy small group session.
Through a thoughtful blend of experiential activities, visualisation, and practices rooted in Chill Therapeutic Approach, you’ll gain new perspectives on yourself and connect with others on a similar path. This workshop encourages open minds and active engagement, providing a unique space for deep self-exploration and growth.
Note: This is designed as a supportive, interactive experience rather than a formal therapy session. To ensure a meaningful atmosphere, each session is limited to just 6 participants. This smaller group size allows for more genuine connections and deeper engagement, creating a safe and welcoming space for everyone to explore and share!
