“Chill’ encapsulates the essence of relaxation, enjoyment, and the art of slowing down, all of which are fundamental components of well-being. It is also about taking the time to reconnect with ourselves, to heed our inner wisdom, living up to our highest potential.
Chill By Nette began in May 2021 as a milestone in my recovery journey. It was created to provide wellness resources that are fun, experiential, and relatable.
Today, it’s a wellness space in Singapore offering counseling, psychotherapy, workshops, and community resources.
We take a holistic approach to mental health, blending existential, person-centered, and transformative therapies with principles from positive and transpersonal psychology. This integrative method nurtures your unique gifts, empowering you to embrace your authentic, powerful self.

The idea of “chill” here is to create space to re-charge & relax often. As the tagline suggests, it is shouting out to encourage more to put their well-being first. Prioritising our mental, physical and emotional health is the foundation towards enabling ourselves to better support our loved ones and live a more fulfilling life!
Each series of Chill By Nette Podcast documents a “New Beginning” in Nette’s own personal journey of growth and personal development. It serves to spread genuine and authentic lessons learnt through unique personal life encounters, combined with digestible research, aiming to value-add to your own wellness journey.
